Flawless By Jenn Is NOT Responsible for any lost or damaged items ! If your shipping states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received it, you must take that up with USPS. Items are processed within 1-3 Business days. All items are shipped through USPS and take approximately 3-5 business days. Your tracking number will be available once your package has shipped. 

*Please make sure when your ordering your address is entered correctly. Returned packages will be refunded (minus shipping cost) or you will have to pay shipping again to get your items sent out !* 

RETURNED & EXCHANGE POLICY:

There are NO returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL !
